Remarks： 1、The room you reserved will be preserved until 18:00pm on the checking-in day and the room will be cancelled when beyond. Please call us in advance if you had planned to check in before 18:00pm but couldn’t arrive on time.
2、Please indicate the flight number (train number) in the column of special requirements if you can only check in after 18:00pm so that we can confirm the time of preservation.
3、The earliest and latest time of arriving at our hotel please be controlled within 3 hours.
4、You need to write down real name of the contactor, your mobile phone or fixed telephone in the column of contactor. If there is extension you’d better leave your extension number. You can also leave your e-mail address and fax in case that we can contact you in time to avoid affecting your travel if there is any change to the room.
5、You can choose confirmation way that you require in the popup menu of the confirmation way of finished reservation. We will confirm for you according to the way you choose and your reservation is valid only after we give you our reply for confirmation.
