Detailed Rules for Applying for Haiyue Card A.Individuals with full capability of civil conduct and enterprise/institution unit with legal person qualifications can apply for Haiyue Card and please take along the following material when applying for: 1.Individual Appplication: Duplicate copy of ID card. 2.Unit Application: Duplicate copy of business license and duplicate copy of ID card of the cardholder. Please be sure to fill in the Application Form for Haiyue Card while appliying for Haiyue card. If necessary, Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel will despatch employees to assis you in filling in the Application Form for Haiyue Card and please give the form to Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel after finishing filling the form. E. After you sign the Contract of Signing Bill and Suspensing Account with Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel, you can receive the red card of Haiyue Card for free. Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel will confirm the application requirement with you within 3 working days after receiving your application form and we will notify you to fetch the card within 5 working days after confirming. (shortened as Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel below)issues Haiyue Card. In order to make application rules of Haiyue Card be clearly understood, we especially work out this article of rules. Item 1 Application Scope Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel and its subsidiary or relative institutions. Item 2 Preferentical Scope Cardholder can enjoy preferential discount within the application scope of Haiyue Card. (Remarks: All special offers or net price service items, room service and take-away service items, service charge and admission ticket are not in the discount scope of Haiyue Card.) Item 3 Discount Standard Discount enjoyed when holding the Haiyue Card is carried out according to discount standard issued by Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel and its subsidiary or elative institutions. Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel and its subsidiary or relative institutions have their own right to adjust the discount standard. Item 4 Consumptive Return Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel will reward customers according to consumptive condition of the cardholders and the detailed awarding plan is constituted and released by Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel. Item 5 Conditions for Applying for Enterprise/institution unit with legal person qualifications and individuals with full capability for civil conduct can apply for a Haiyue Card. Item 6 Haiyue Card is valid within two years since the day it is issued. Cardholder can apply for stopping using the card within the period of validity of Haiyue Card. Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel will transact the procedure for stopping using the card for the cardholder as per related business process. Item 7 As for all consumptive conducts that happened in the application scope with the Haiyue Card, Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel will view them as conduct of the cardholder so the cardholder can’t refuse to pay those consumed items with any exceuse. Item 8 Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel keeps all application material the cardholder provides secret. Cardholder recognizes and promises to abide by Haiyue Card Rules of Shenzhen Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel Co., Ltd. and guarantees that all material it provides for Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel is both legal and true. Item 9 If there is any change to the material that the cardholder provides for Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel, the cardholder should notify Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel via fax or written material in time or else all responsibilities caused by this rests with the cardholder. Item 10 Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel provides enquiring, checking, loss reporting, complaining and feedback service of Haiyue Card for cardholders. Item 11 Cardholder should report loss via telephone in time if having lost Haiyue Card, we will freeze the lost card for cardholder at once, cardholder should transact normal loss report and card-reissuing procedures at Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel within 7 working days. Any consumption happened during the period from reporting loss via telephone and normal loss report is assumed by the cardholder himself. Any Haiyue Card of which the loss has been normally reported or hasn’t been transacted loss report even beyond the time limit, Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel will take it as a blank-out card. Item 12 All reissued Haiyue Card will follow validity period and consumptive records of the original card. Item 13 As for those who make or use Haiyue Card unauthorized by Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel, Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel will investigate economic and legal responsibility of each related party as per the law. Item 14 As for cardholder who goes against Haiyue Card Rules, Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel has the right to demand the cardholder to pay off all unpaid bills at once and cancel the cardholder’s qualification to use Haiyue Card. Item 15 Shenzhen Hengfeng Haiyue International Hotel Co., Ltd. is in charge of working out this article of rules and has the right to interpret and modify it. No matter the cardholder is notified or not, this article of rules takes into effect at once once being modified and released in the application scope.
