While guaranteeing salary and welfare of the employees be synchronously increasing with economic benefit of the enterprise, it fully brings maximum value and potential of the employees into play so as to set up a life community between the enterprise and the employees. However, when considering innovation, we should first break through the old bondage, secondly undertake diversified pondering and thirdly be rich in objective imagination. Our company gives reward to various pieces of rational suggestion in every year, by which way we hope to encourage the employees to strive hard to dig out their potentials of creative thinking. And our aim is to be lenient and patient, value credit, cooperate and plan with people who have different working ways and characteristics, and set up harmonious and close team cooperative relationships. We are against to suspect others without reason or to have no credit. Besides, we tolerate with others’ defects and learn to rationally use talents in enterprise in order to foster merits and avoid defects. When there is complaint from customers, we should view customer who complains to us as a senior advisor and we should view the complaint as a gift. We couldn’t rest easy even when there is no complaint. We must pay great attention to customers at any time, try our best to detain them and modestly and sincerely ask them for suggestions to improve our service.
